Treatment session cost:
Initial Assessment (90 Minutes) – £120 plus additional administration time
Follow up assessments (60 Minutes)- £80 plus additional administration time
The cost of neuro physiotherapy is at a rate of £80 per hour and it is possible with negotiation to arrange different treatment lengths following the Initial Assessment.
The initial assessment cost and treatment cost does not include additional non face to face time such as note writing, liaising with other health care professionals and setting up of exercise programmes. This additional administration time will be charged at the same rate of £80 per hour and will be charged pro rata.
Professional Administration costs:
For more in-depth report writing, additional administration time will be charged at the same rate of £80 per hour and will be charged pro rata.
Travel Costs:
Travel is charged on the length of the journey and currently no extra cost is added for mileage. Total cost of the appointment will include travel time which will be charged at the rates below. An example of travel costs for an appointment with 30mins travel time each way (1hr total), would be £60 in addition to the cost of the treatment.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of the appointment time, by telephone or email, or you will be charged 50% of the full fee.
Payment:
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. It is not possible to take payment by card. Payment should be made with in 7 days of the invoice.
